BACK TO LOVING NYC
Tonight I will celebrate one of my dear friends and a board member of The Pink Agenda under the stars at Le Jardin Bistro in honor of the ten year anniversary of her bone marrow transplant. It may sound like an odd thing to celebrate, but Jackie has had cancer not once, but twice and was saved by a combination of this bone marrow transplant and arsenic poisoning-true story. Having said that, Jackie has turned her personal tragedy and that of her mother (who is a twenty-year two-time breast cancer survivor) into something not just positive but also fun!
