Wine glasses and bookshelves
i survived the move but my stuff is all over the place and essentially a massive disaster. i know what I need to do and it does not involve me actually doing anything except spending money. all I really care about is my bed and that is all set, but that clearly isn’t enough to make a new apartment feel like home, nor does it make the place conducive to entertaining guests. i basically need to have two of my girlfriends decorate it because, as was explained to me by my co-worker, i don’t do girly things like that. i gave them a “design scheme” yesterday and am hoping they can do at least some of it while i’m out of the country and i will just take them to a nice dinner when i get back. while I don’t want to live in a mess and I know my mother would be embarrassed to see this, i also don’t give a shit about curtains, an armoire, couch, etc. all i really want are bookshelves and wine glasses.
